Nice machine, performs as promised in the specifications. Great to have a simple eay useable scope with me all the time, I like that nfor sure! Some drawbacks: It beeps all the time when you use the function buttons, so I already muffled the beeper inside (I always open new machines to see what I bought). As the beep is needed for the Continuity test function so you should not totally disable that. The mF range indeed takes a very long time (as specified) or does not work at all, I'm not sure yet. No problem for me, I have a different tool for elco's. I read battery life is limited, but haven't found out for myself yet.

  • BG101139354 Hi.How did you adjust the beeping? F4 ON or S ON turns off but that's it. It also works F1 ON and R ON for power mode. Isn't there a secret menu?

  • PFRoozendaal on the inside I did put a sticker on the opening hole of the beeper, it just softens it a bit. And I sort of get used to the thing being noisy :)

  • computerlen Wouldyou please do a favour for me? Please try to measure an LED. I have the earlier version of this and it does not recognize any LEDS. Diodes are OK to measure. For this reason I don't want the meter. I have other meters that work fine and they all light up the LEDS a little under test. My address is computerlen@hotmail.com.
