I ordered 3 plates (I resell the plates), the packaging was so bad that two of them arrived damaged. The metal was bent and the plastic underneath was broken. I complained to Banggood and ask them to replace the two items. Mia from customer service told me since it's only the corner that broke off I can still use the plate and should accept 500 Banggood points. As explained I RESELL THE PLATES! If I send this to a customer they will return it for a refund! Besides that if they looked at my purchase history, I regularly order for my online store, surely they can write off two plates to keep me as a customer! Otherwise I buy my stuff from Miniinthebox from now on! Oh and it says "Style: As shown in picture", also not right - I received something different. Forget Banggood if you have any issues, they won't help!
