This is more for keeping your waist warm, then to pull it tight for support, because the neoprene material in itself is not strong enough. But for a light and warm piece it does a good job. I have the belt for 3 weeks, and no problem with either the material or the sewing so far. I would recommend it, it's a pretty good value for the price.
