I love automassaging my backspnie with it on the ground. very efficient for relaese pain and stiffness. Good grip. Inside material is quite heavy and hard at firs but it's okay after a couple of tries. Nice for backsipne, glute, and many musle when you cannot rely on anybody else, so I use it often! I used to take 2 tennis ball tight inside a socket, but this product is much better. Worth a buy!
