Although I have a large mains powered shredder for bulk work, this hand held battery powered shredder is so handy for a quick shred of the occasional piece of paper without recourse to the large machine. A very worthwhile addition to my home office supplies.

Although I have a large mains powered shredder for bulk work, this hand held battery powered shredder is so handy for a quick shred of the occasional piece of paper without recourse to the large machine. A very worthwhile addition to my home office supplies.

Don't expect it to shred two pages or folded normal 80g paper. Low power with my NiMH acu-batteries, works very nice with USB power from phone charger. Shredded paper often rolls between blades so you have to pull it out manually or use tweezers to clean it out (first turn it off, of course). On the other hand it serves purpose I had for it - destroying bills, ATM receipts, bank reports etc. so I am really happy about it. Gave 4 stars on quality only because of rolling - it can be very annoying.
