This board lets you get or send messages and do phone calls with your own SIM card - you'll need an arduino or similar controller (perhaps even a Raspberry Pi)) and a bit of programming. As with most of these sorts of boards on Banggood, they come without instructions but they are generic items and thre are plenty of websites offering advice and tips on how to get them up and working. Some are even consistent.
