I ordered the product individual to my name to my business address. But the shipping company TNT has written my business name on the conshiment. So the customs classified the product as an import good. And I had to pay more than the cost of the sax to the customs and TNT`s ordino and warehouse costs.It costed me about 295 USD extra. When I told this situation to the Banggood customer service they did nothing about it,and closed the order earlier than it has to be. I never buy from Banggod again. The smiley face is until you buy, then you mean nothing to the Banggood. By the way the sax is satisfied ,you better buy it from somewhere else.
