4 x 2.5 x 5.25 = 52.5 sq inches. One square meter (1,550 sq in) = 1000.4 Watts (AM 1.5). Solar power = 33.9 Watts. 33.9W @25%=8.47W @20%=6.77W @15%=5.08W. Observed: 4.94V x 0.65A @ solar noon (smog). (83,000 LUX: a clear day at solar noon should be about 110,000 LUX). My guess at the AM 1.5 standard, this panel would put out about 4.3 Watts. Note, using anything other than the shortest connectors will result in much lower currents, even half or less.
