The potentiometer shaft sticks out and in soft package, it is easily knocked loose, 2 pieces of card board on each side would suffice to protect the shaft. Mine was knocked loose.

super contente après branchement, ça crache un max :) par contre je ne sais pas si c'est ils ont pas encore chauffé mais le ventilos ne tourne pas.. a voir par la suite
