Hello, I ordered a unit a few weeks ago that died right after the lights came on So, since my Tactrix unit has died after using it for 20 mins, i can send it to the Tactrix website and they will give me a new one? I have tried sending a return query to you, but you require photos (that will not upload) and or a video (that will not link)

It lit up for about a minute all lights flashing and then lights went out and it wouldn't work anymore don't recommend this item at all
