Some of the picks came bent, but that's not a big deal, you can bend them back. The picks are pretty good, like you would expect for the price. The lock however is not good. It's so easy to pick that just need to put anything in it and it will pop open without any effort. It's surprisingly hard to see what's going on the the interesting bits of the lock. I don't think this lock is good for anyone to even start learning how to pick locks with. If you can get the same set without the lock and save some money - do it.
