I purchased the Set-3 which includes two batteries. It comes in a retail box with the unit, accessories, quick guide (English) and unassembled blade parts. The robust unit adopts ergonomic handle, two baffles and safety button. I measured 19.2V for the battery's output voltage (fully charged). Both batteries are durable and work well. You must press both the trigger and safety button to power, the tool. There's a build-in kickback break too. It has plenty output power and cuts thick tree branches with ease like a knife through butter. Keep in mind that this mini chainsaw is not for heavy duty cutting-pruning. I recommend it for its low price and pretty good performance.
