Firstly the product is very well packaged. The metal case is beautiful and sleek. Feels very solid in the hand and the selection of bits is great. the screwdriver itself feels well built and solid. it works quickly and family quietly. I've charged it once and used it for a few days now so the battery is decent. it also feels good in the hand and the Forward/Reverse switch is well placed and easy to use. the large size of the switch also means you aren't accidentally pressing the wrong direction. my only feedback is that the torque could be a little strong to tighten/loosen screws. I find myself using a standard screwdriver to start or finish tightening a screw and then using this for speed. other than that, a great quality product.
