It's a great device to save water. The problem I faced is - 1. The sensor is not accurate every time. Some time it irritates as water starts and stop. 2. The bottom sensor works when hand is really close to it. (The distance between hand and sensor should be more) 3. The biggest problem is, if there is water droplets over sensor (especially on side sensor) it stops working. I have to clean the droplets over both sensor and then it works normal. Yes it's a great device but it have some cons which you have to get use too.
