I recieved my order and i soldered everthing and plugged 3s batteries but 12v output gives 9.9v, when i plug 4s it gives 12v which is unacceptable, just because of this i'm not able to use my OSD because in the OSD screen i'm watching that V9.9 left...

jpisamb These are step down voltage converters.They must receive an input voltage > to the expexted voltage by a drop out margin (usually a few volts)
