Q: what reciever is recommended that is cheap and has more than 3 channels?

Bang876 This bundle comes with a FGR4 and FGR4S receivers which are and have more then 3 channels. They are pretty receivers with great range, telemetry, easy to bind, and has plenty of options and settings via the transmitter.

Q: Is it possible change side steering wheel for left hand?

Bang876 Yes. The steering wheel can be switch to either side.

Q: Does this include a receiver? What is the apropriate receiver for this transmitter?

BG205634549 It includes two receivers a fgr4 longe range and a fgr4s slightly shorter range . As for your other questions, it depends on what you plan on running or the range you want. A fgr4 is ideal for bigger scale or things that would benefit from long range but the 4s works fine for most applications.
