HandyMn 190 kv specifies max rpm of the motor at a given voltage. Do your math for your use case. The controller doesn't really care about KV.

HandyMn 72 teeth size of pulley. Measures around 11cm in diameter.

HandyMn I believe gray could only be a different shade of gray, including black... but then it should be dark... very dark grey....

HandyMn this ESC is very capable, but you may want to fabricate a heat sink for the FETs, to keep it cool. 48V 250W would be too easy on it...
