I_roberto I think you could connect the B + output to the VBAT pin on the omnibus card. Do not connect to another pin because otherwise it will fry the card.

Q: Cable included ?

I_roberto To Psybnc: please explain why you're talking about a "Pi Zero cable". The camera specs say: "The module attaches to the Raspberry Pi, using a 15-pin ribbon cable, for the 15-pin dedicated MIPI camera serial Interface (CSI)". It seems to me that the Pi-zero cable is different from this cable. Also explains why the photos that represent the product are explicitly shown even the flat cables and in the description is not explicitly said that they are not included.
