Oscar It's NOT Bluetooth, but 433Mhz radio signal. This frequency is used typically for LPD (Low Power Device). It should work in a 10m range.

Oscar There is no hook or hole provided for a lanyard. But there are some small holes, with some creativity it would be possible.
