Q: Can you flip the light around so the RGB is shining onto the desk instead of the wall?

Stelito87 No because the pins to power it up are at the rgb side, if you flip it the pins will be at the front so they wont touch the power

Q: up and down adjust hi i cant adjust the height up and down when i turn the srew with the allen key it doesnt move... is it suppose to just adjust as i turn the screw which is up and whichis down is - down and up[jQuery111306677155932049998_1617781808327

Stelito87 If I understood your question correctly. the answer is no. If you look closely to the allen hole you will see a + and a - depending on what direction you turn the allen there will be stronger resistance to the two "legs" and then you move up and down by hand
