Mikeo777 The camera is ok for beginners it’s not stable you will have movement because the camera is fixed but over all you have picture and flight with drone

Q: Is it included in Directive 2009/48 / CE to allow it to be flown open?

Mikeo777 Can’t answer the question to be flown open ? I was able to fly my drone after I read and understood the Manuel of fight follow the directions you do not have to register the drone

Q: can the camera be moved up/down with the remote?

Mikeo777 Yes it can but the camera isn’t the best but it does what you need it to do and the drone itself is a stable drone in the air zippy little drone great price on this brushless motor drone
