Q: Is it always MPU6000 gyroscope?

Asked by Davest87 on 2023-02-11 12:47:21

doublejizl The MPU6000 is STILL being produced, it has just been end-of-life for years now, so to say it is no longer produced is inaccurate. Manufacturers use the BMI and ICM chips now because they are more abundant and cheaper. Watch Chris Rosser's video on the different chip comparisons. I found the ICM to be more sensitive to noise, but was able to rectify this with appropriate filtering.

Q: which props should i use with these ?

Asked by BG565316454 on 2021-09-18 08:30:12

doublejizl This motor is ideally suited to a 3 inch propeller with t mount. The pitch depends on your all up weight. In my opinion, Gemfan and HQ props will be the best balanced. Don't bother with the 2650kv, get the 3800kv and use a motor limit if needed.

Q: will it work together with brotherhobby 0804 15000kv?

Asked by Prouderchose on 2021-03-10 08:14:46

doublejizl I believe the Brotherhobby 0804 have a 1.5mm shaft so the answer is no. I wouldn't recommend a small motor like this with a 4mm tall stator either, I would look for an 1102 or 1103. The wider stator of the 11 motors with the shorter height will give you more throttle control and higher mechanical torque.
