modelnut had one arrive like that too, crazyglue and very thin "invisible" tape fixed the hard balsa strong enough for the stress of the wound up flight rubber. these ARE kinda fragile, but very good flyers.

Item arrived damaged and stick was broken in half, so we were never able to even try it once. I had one upset little boy!
