sefre whenyou open the inbox of the app, than click on the picture to view it in full screen and than click on the icon that looks like a pencil in a circle and choose "save" in the pop up menu. second way: go to inbox and click on the camera symbol left to the picture and you see the video record and click on download. third way: if you are in the device menu click on the "3 dot menu" (same line like the device name) and click on album and search for the date to find the picture you want click on it and choose download or preview and download it from the preview.

Delivered very fast. Works fine after a bit tricky setup. Only problem so far is handling the records stored on the internal SD card. I cannot delete or transfer them without getting the SD card from the camera (disconnect the battery, unscrew the lid get the SD card out, move files to PC, pout SD card back to camera, close the lid, connect the battery). I asked at ESCAM support about other options
