This multimeter is not meant for non contact measurement of very low currents, so do not expect, that you can get precise results for currents below 1 A.

svilponis I used my Ampermeter and measured the current. The antual current is totally different than the charger is showing.
Q: can it measure low dc current like 20 mAmp ?

svilponis It has resolution of 0.01A (10 mA), so it can show you value 20 mA, but it is not precise at such low currents (precision level at such small currents is ca ±0,35A.
