Q: Can you help mee!!!? The keyboard doesn't work at all i can't even switch between wireless and wired mode cause the whole TAP line doesn't work!!!!! HELPPP !?!!

Please be careful, the product doesn't work for me, i can't even switch between wireless and wired mode cause the whole TAP line doesn't work, in the other hand the lighting are working normally...
