I connected this ESC to hoverboard motors, but could not get the speed anywhere close to what it should be. The remote connected up fine, and had 4 speeds as advertised, but they are all slow. 36V Battery was fully charged (42V), and the motors worked fine with other controller. Please let me know if you have suggestions on how to increase the output speed of the ESC.

drewmaruyama Update: I got the full speed out of the ESC in two ways. 1) let go of the throttle and then immediately push it again, that will increase the speed in the lower speed zones. 2) increase the speed zone by pushing the power button once to indicate which zone you are in (on the 4 battery indicator lights) and then again to increase the speed zone. So I give it 5 stars, i had to figure this out, but Banggood states this clearly before you purchase (that there is no manual). I also forgot to mention it was delivered weeks early.
