Q: faulty software included, how to get working sotware?

raywhites I have the same -identical- problem, and I can't resolve it... Please help-us!!!!

raywhites Ciao, ho comprato anch'io questa bellissima stampante, ma non mi è possibile installare il software (JGCreat e Cura) perchè a quanto pare la penna USB è corrotta. Dato che l'assistenza se ne frega, sul sito del produttore non c'è nulla, e restituire tutto mi secca, potresti gentilmente aiutarmi e magari passarmi il software in qualche maniera? Ti ringrazio... -Roberto

Ottimo prodotto, affidabile robusto e molto semplice da montare,il piatto da 30 cm consente stampe di grosse dimensioni, consiglio a tutti gli appassionati questa stampante , arriva pre assemblata , ideale per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione o sta iniziando ad entrare nel mondo delle stampanti 3D.SODDISFATTO oltre le aspettative per la qualita di stampa rispetto alle altre stampanti che usano frame in materiale plastico con consegueti perdite di qualità sul prodotto finito! Comodo il display touchscreen a colori e sopratutto se va via la corrente riparte dal punto di dove era rimasta senza perdere il lavoro iniziato!Incluso nel pacco c e una bobina di PLA, e una pen drive da 16GB.

raywhites Hi, I have the same identical problem, but by copying the software in my computer, it doesn\'t work: where (or how) I can find the download of the original software? Many thanks...

I am very happy with the product. Delivery was quick. I have only one complaint: The software included on the flash-drive is faulty and could not be installed. It gave me error codes when I tried to install it. I found a place on the internet where I could download the software and the problem is now solved. The software is working fine. This is a great product and value for money! Johan
