I received this roll of solder and opened it up and the spool was busted into pieces. the tape was the only thing keeping the wire from unwinding totally off the spool. Thankfully the wire was still fully wound and had not come off the spool. The shipper mailed this solder in a plastic bag no box the bag was not torn so I can only summarize that it was thrown around during shipping and that broke the spool into pieces on both side. I dont know if I can use this solder through out its life span. Im trying to think of a way to rewind it on another s[pool somehow. This is why I like Ebay in cases like this Ebay will step in and see to it I get a refund or a new item. Im am very disappointed with this order.

Jumper If they made the tips with Stainless steel the solder would not stick ..

Great performance, works really well, heats up quickly. I do wish that it has an indicator for detecting if the nozzle is blocked, and also a mechanism to clear it which is easier than using the pin, as if you have a big blockage, its quite a challenge to remove the block. Easy to use, easy to set up. Good investment.
