Q: What protective glasses are recommended for this product/

Rumpl If you shine the beam directly into your eye you are in deep, serious trouble. Even looking at the spot on the wall can hurt you. Because it is white normal laser glasses probably not work (like the orange ones). Eclipse or welding eyeglasses might work. The best advice is DO NOT SHINE IT IN YOUR EYES.

Rumpl TTL is transistor transistor logic. Referring to how the signal is switched on and off. 5 and 0 volts is common but could be others. The brightness and color is controlled by the frequency and pulse width. You want to use higher frequency if you sweep the beam for special effects. 555 timer integrated circuits are easy to use. For projecting an image you need a computer and lots of programing
