Q: i connected it, but only green led is hardly visible (doesn't light anything). remote seems to not work and the Bluetooth can't be find from any mobile phone in the house. am I doing something wrong? the item came without instructions

BG553389124 ciao Qualso, come l'hai installata? io l'ho provata collegandola alla corrente, ma si intravedono solo i led verdi/blu (non fanno luce, si intravedono e basta)... il telecomando non da input e i telefoni non lo trovano con il bluetooth... sto sbagliando qualcosa?

BG553389124 hello, i plugged the lamp but it doesn't work. only small green light from led is hardly visible, remote and Bluetooth seems to not work. the package come without instruction, am I doing something wrong? thank you
