akozma Wrixlewas's answer is totally wrong. The operating time depends on the capacity of the battery. The specification does not state the battery capacity. If the battery has 24Wh capacity then it powers for one hour at full power, if the capacity is 2Wh then it works for less than 5 minutes.

akozma As the specification states this is a CONSTANT CURRENT not CONSTANT VOLTAGE supply. If you do not put a load on it the output goes very high. If your LEDs are requiring less current than the driver puts out they will burn out.
Q: Does it have Bluetooth? Several commenter say it does not.
