CJLewis It's not a particularly exciting present. I'd consider it more of a stocking stuffer but if they have the camera, it is useful.

Amazing little light. Stays charged for months. Be careful when taking it on an airplane in the US as TSA thinks it's a lighter.

15 functions is playing fast and loose with the truth but it is a nice multi-tool for the money. I would like a lock on the knife blade and a true Phillips screwdriver but still a very good value.

This is a nice product to have if you also have some spare 18650 cells. It initially charges at 750 mA but does drop the charging current near the end of charge. This means it can take a while to charge 4 2700 mAh batteries. It's also a tight fit for protected cells but they do fit.

Very comfortable to hold and supports the camera well. The button stops and starts recording like advertised so I have no complaints.

The turntable does revolve but pauses in 2 places on each revolution. It behaves like there is a gear broken in the motor.

The kit was easy to assemble though the translated instructions were not the easiest English to follow. I was able to get the clock running without too much difficulty even if I don't understand how to make some of the functions work correctly. I would prefer to have it switchable between 12/24 time but I'm getting used to the 24 hour format. The automatic brightness works well as does the integrated thermometer. That is only in Celsius but again, I'm learning to adjust. Having a Fahrenheit option would be useful.

The webcam is all plastic, has no adjustment for the lights except on/off, is NOT a night vision camera since the 6 LEDs are bright white instead of infrared. However, for the price it is an acceptable webcam for video conferences and chatting if you don't need better quality than 640x480.
