BG452238161 Antenna does not care what technology, only frequency, so if your carrier in your country supports the correct frequency bands, it will work

BG452238161 The Rtu5034 most certainly Will take a 3G UICC card. Old 2G GSM only SIM cards are getting very hard to find in many places now... It does need 3G(UMTS) service though- it does not function with LTE
