Q: Where can I download new firmware releases for this transmitter?

Martin This is an OpenTX transmitter. Search for open-tx.org, download companion software and the latest OpenTX firmware. The Radioking is not on the list of supported radios yet, but it is said it uses the same firmware as the Jumper T18. Haven't tried this yet though.

Q: Does it fits on Ender *****v system?

Msoncen It just can suit 12v voltage.
