olsmokey The device under test was probably labelled '680' ie 68 with no '0's at the end. This is normal labelling so the device is reading the correct value.

olsmokey Don't be silly. Of course it's a power amp but obviously not enough power for you. You'd be amazed at how much sound can be generated by 3 watts into a really efficient speaker system.

Bibelot 200W. However, there will be some loss when used, and it can eventually reach 180W. Output current = 200W / the voltage you set.
