I, as a customer, think that someone who should care about the problem and try to solve it in the best possible way. The quality of customer service makes him come back and buy more and refer new customers. I bought FITA and it came without the accessories ... on the link / Purchase dictate it is not clear that there is a difference between buying with accessories or just the ribbon. This is only written at the bottom of the page and not at the time of purchase ... I would like to receive the complete set with the accessories that are missing.
