David most laptops very from 15 volts 24 volt. USB range from 5 volts to 12 volts. I'm making an educated guess that I believe this will not work with a laptop correct me if I'm wrong

David It says 110VAC to 240VAC on the description

David If you are in the USA it takes 30 to 45 days to arrive. I live in eastern Pa.
