Good product functions as described. When connected to a DC source the load is always ON and when power fails the load is powered from the back up source i.e. battery. To use this as an Emergency Lamp application for powering the load only through the battery or Inverter type cutover and not having the power on continuously, a simple mod is needed. I cut the DC Power source track that goes to the NC side of the relay (see photo), so the battery is charged when the source supply is on. When the power fails the relay coil looses power and drops there by closing the NO contact and the circuit to the load is completed through the battery. I also use a CV CC type of regulator as my DC normally ON power source and you can adjust the charging parameters for the specific battery in use. This PCB circuit is a pass through and does not influence any charging parameters as stated int he description. There are literally 100's of applications for this product and overall highly recommended.

These are BOURNS brand pots and are very good for general purpose lab bench power supply use. Being wire wound the tolerance is bit on higher side as the 50K pot measures 48.9K so nearly a drop of 1K in resistance which is acceptable for the 5% tolerance range and should be suitable for most non-precision applications. The terminal 3 is bit thin and flimsy, so as long as you don't bend it several times it should be good. Would recommend this product.

Q: I want to use this as a cycle time for a machine can it tell me in Seconds the timing of a machine. Not RPM. How many seconds for machine to start another cycle.

Received in good order and arrived today. Extrusion is right angle wrt to the table, and fit perfectly on my Central Machinery 9" band saw table. For this low cost, this is very good for a DIY fence as compared to the expensive one that are $50 plus. It is versatile for other accessories that can be inserted in to the tracks.

Ideal for Lab Bench when testing transformers or other devices that need to be connected to the mains supply. The quick connect/disconnect is very useful, especially if you need to avoid soldering during temporary testing. It is also useful as a distribution bus for commenting multiple loads to the same power source. Will definitely buy more in future, so recommend the product.
