Ordered on 6th November, my gorgeous BMAX Y14 arrived here in London on 18th November, which is very reasonable - and there were no extra postal or import charges, either. The laptop is truly excellent; screen, speed, track pad, typing experience, build quality, etc. Once again, the screen is truly superb to look at, with delightful colours and good brightness levels. As usual on these cheaper laptops, the four top-firing speakers produce a rather disappointing sound, with no real bass or significant volume. Now, repeat after me: "When oh when will these companies get the sound right? WE WANT BASS AND VOLUME, OK? Sheesh!!" Apart from that repetitive annoying issue, the Y14 is another winner from BMAX. I can live with their odd logo, which now has glowing-lit eyes on the Y14. Hmmm... Anyway, unlike the equally thrilling Y13, the two-level keyboard backlighting here is even and looks great. 4K You Tube videos play flawlessly and web pages load faster than Trump can tell a lie, and that's lightening fast! Yes, the BMAX Y14 is definitely a worthy purchase. Add touch capabilities and better sound and this would be the perfect laptop. Well, nearly. Buy it!

The quality is excellent but Bluetooth pairing is a bit of a challenge. The keys feel good, and typing experience is very good too. The suction pads are OK, but I am still nervous that my precious tablet might fall off. Time will tell. Still, this is a good product for any 10 inch tablet.

Firstly, Banggood's shipping service is fantastic. My order arrived here in London in under a week. Amazingly fast - well done! As for G10 Max, the build quality looks a bit cheap, however, the screen is truly stunning; perfect colours and crystal clear images. I am a very fussy customer, but I honestly can't imagine how any other screen could be better than this. Truly AMAZING!!! Sadly, the sound is a big disappointment when compared to the excellent sound on Teclast T10 Master, which has an inbuilt amplifier. You get stereo sound, but it is weak and tinny - no bass at all. Google services were installed but not working on the G10 Max, so I had to get advice from the XDA Forum to resolve the problem. The cameras are good and the phone call function work well, too. Yes, this a phablet! This is a very good tablet overall, let down only by the poor sound, but that problem can be fixed with some Bluetooth speakers. One more time, the screen is sensational. I did not buy the available stylus, so I can't comment on how well it works. The advertised keyboard is universal and specific to this tablet.
