Q: What is the wavelength of these UV leds?

Asked by BG183915105 on 2021-10-03 04:16:37

BruceMardle I haven't actually tested it, but the product description says 405 nanometres. That sounds right, comparing it with my 405nm laser pointer. The light looks pretty dim but it's not entirely invisible. (It makes a lot of things fluoresce blue, which can be confusing!)

Q: What size holes do these cut?

Asked by BruceMardle on 2019-06-03 11:32:17

donaldsneffe 4,6 and 8 mm and 3 mm punch, but 6 mm does not cut in mine, it is flat at the end. All in all super poor quality.

BruceMardle The line laser and the cross laser are 2 separate products (though the cross laser is out of stock as I write this).

BruceMardle The 5mW refers to the light output, not the electrical input. Anywhere between 3V and 6V input should work. (I'm not sure if the output is higher at higher input voltages. I don't have mine with me to test.)
