Reuben I have the exact same issue - IT came bent two weeks ago - I installed it then - it didn't work - i thought it was my battery... but i just bought a brand new set of batteries... and tried it again- IT DOES NOT WORK.

It came with all the timer Arms bendent pretty bad y tried to stretch them back but still look bend and about to snap. The device does not even work.
