Another fantastic little kit from Geekcreit. I love building these kits and I think I've done most. Quality components and the instructions are clear enough if you know a little about electronics. Recommend this as a useful addition to your workbench tools and testers.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. Perfectly lights up the side of my house where my car is parked on the driveway. I'm well impressed. Simple to fit to the wall too.

Q: Which are the correct coloured button caps to fit these switches?

Enchantedwas I think it doesn' need a cap, because the button is too short.

Use the four screws to mount the ran on the heatsink vanes. then the other screw is used to attach the device to the heatsink. I would use some heatsink compound as well, though. Also, you need to supply your own M3 pan head screws to attach the heatsink to the board for rigidity.

The case looks good quality and although I have not uswed this yet, I am sure it will more than meet my expectations. I was disappointed on one aspect, though, and that was the packing of the item. It arrived in just a plastic bag with no padding and before opening it, I feared it may be broken as the bag rattled very well. On opening the bag, all that was inside were all he loose plastic parts of the case. Very lucky it was not broken.

Really fast delivery. I thought that it would be weeks but this arrived after just a few days. I haven't constructed it yet as I require a few more parts which I am in the process of ordering. The PCB's look very good quality and so do the components. All in all, I am very impressed.
