KorBare Buy an unpopulated Power supply filter board, and populate it with four 10000Uf 100Volt Capacitors "make sure you populate them the right way round" and if the PCB has a place for a Bridge Rectifier install it with a 25 to 35 amp Bridge rectifier and a 35 Amp is best as it's less prone to fail, If the PCB does not have a place for a bridge rectifier on the PCB, Get a square shaped chassis Mount Bridge rectifier and bolt it down to the Chassis. Finally get a 110V centre tapped 300~500VA Toroidal Transformer

KorBare Isuggest you stick with a minimum volts of.. 55 0 -55 Volts and a minimum of 5 Amps Per Module..

KorBare If running a single unit "Mono" a 2 X 45 Volt 500VA Toroidal should be fine, if you are using 2 units "stereo" I would use a dual 55Volt 500VA Toroidal Transformer, don't forget to rectify and filter or smooth out the 58~65Volts DC

KorBare I have two of these and I am using a 240 volt primary step down to 40-0-40 secondary 300VA Toroidal Transformer feeding two bridge rectifiers "One per channel" where each rail is smoothed with a 15000Uf capacitor per rail "a Total of 4 Capacitors", I am using a 10 amp fuse for the mains. BUT Just bare in mind I am only driving 8 Ohm loads where each channel can output 384 clean watts per channel..

KorBare No..You need at least a 80Volt centre tapped 40-0-40 Volt 300VA Toroidal Transformer followed by a bridge rectifier, and at least 2 15000Uf smoothing Capacitors 1 for each 55~65Volt Rail if running two modules "Stereo" with 4 Ohm Loads I would get a 50-0-50 500VA Toroidal
