galoanimales maybe your 21700 battery is defective. try to use different battery with high amps for more brightness

galoanimales press the power button 7 times from off to turn on the low mode aux light, 7times again from off for high mode and another 7times from off for flashing mode.

galoanimales yes it is. you can twist the dial from 2mm down to 0.8mm.
