Q: How many amps do dc motors draw?

BG341947103 Based on the 50-60W stated by the seller, at 12v these should draw 4-5A. Power ÷ Voltage = Current

Excellent little aircraft for the money. It flies very well and having never flown a aeroplane before I was able to fly well enough to have good fun straight out of the box. Four battery charges later I feel confident and can land without crashing. I've crashed plenty of times on the football field I fly at and there are just a few cosmetic marks on the nose. The propeller pops off by design on impact protecting the gears between the motor and propshaft which is a very smart design in my opinion. The 6-axis gyro is the star of the show here, you dont need to do anything fancy for it to work, it just works reliably and makes flying really easy in beginner mode. I can confirm it only comes with one battery, but it will give you 20-30 minutes in the air depending on how you fly. The transmitter (controller) I got doesnt have the antenna like the picture, which leads me to believe the range wont be good, so be carefull, but so far I've had no problems and because of the size you might lose sight of it before losing signal anyway.
