If you do not want to use cloud service but direct access on intranet or via your own router, you must use only Internet Explorer. That is: no way to remotely access with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, iProne, iPad, Android - only windows pc with Internet Explored. deceived.

fabgoodm Unfortunately you can't. To access you necessarily need Internet Explorer with Active X enabled. For this you can use a Windows Virtual Machine, not really straightforward... unfortunately

The product is working fine wit a lot of functionalities/options. Manual contains the basic usage instructions, but nothing more about pad positioning. Instead it contains Acupuncture indications (???). Need to improve this. (Battery not included)
