Q: I put the sim card and it says that I haven't put anything, please help

KennethLindquist Jr Try to re-seat the simm card. Be gentle with the holder- as they can bend. Don't force it. Make sure you have a compatible card- I use SanDisk microSDXC 128GB. ( if that doesn't work try a different manufacturer simm card. ) Hope this helps.

KennethLindquist Jr Re-seat your simm card. Sometimes the holders are a little finicky. Be gentle so you don't bend the holder- they are delicate. I had the same problem on my Blackview bv9500. ( It is almost identical to the Ulefone 3/t).
