Asked by roryod on 2024-03-22 04:09:11

BG414616934 Yes.The box does not state this. Mine is currently charging and I was able to draw power from the USB-A connector.

BG414616934 Ikeep it set to check health parameters every 30 minutes. I charge it 2-3 times a week. I only rarely use it for talking on the phone or for music.

BG414616934 Theissue would be the clip point, My guess is that you would get better results with the 24 Volt supply, especially if you added a large 10,000 to 20,000 micro-farad stiffening capacitor. But certainly there's no reason not to try both ways.

BG414616934 Highspeed data is unlikely to pass anyway due to stray capacitance. This is mostly useful for charging or to connect test equipment.

BG414616934 Itwill work without the rings just fine. They may become dislodged without them, but it is simple enough to push them back in place. Also you can get similar O-rings locally easily should you use them. As you say, that is really the ONLY downside and it does allow using larger cells if you prefer (I use 18650s myself)
