Bobby Broadway Thetrick is jiggle gentle as you push gently and 10 seconds you will have it, before I knew that I tried for 30 minutes pressing to hard, I did a jiggle rotate and was turning the wrong way the first time, once I got the technique down it was a 10 second deal after resetting tool to try again, also sprayed lubricant in lock that seemed to help as well.
